Cover: Confocal microscopic imaging of β-arrestin-2-green fluorescent protein (GFP) and Texas Red-labeled corticotropin-releasing factor type 1 (CRF1) receptors in transiently transfected HEK293 cells. CRF1 receptor immunofluorescence (red) was localized predominantly to the plasma membrane, while β-arrestin-2-GFP (green) was distributed in the cytoplasm prior to agonist stimulation. Am J Physiol Regul Integr Comp Physiol 293: R209-R222, 2007.
